Overhead Crane Electronic Anti-Collision
The overhead crane electronic anti-collision system, developed by our company, prevents the traveling trolley from colliding with or crushing objects below. It is simple to operate and ensures safety and reliability.

Semi-trailer chassis
Based on customer requirements, the company has developed specialized trailer chassis for oilfield operations in various specifications and models. These include chassis for different types of workover rig trailers, pump unit trailers, mud tank trailers, and accommodation trailers. Three-cylinder plunger pump
Our three-plunger pump (well-cleaning pump) is designed for oilfield well cleaning and workover operations. It features a single-acting, three-cylinder plunger design with three main components: the power end, hydraulic end, and lubrication system. The power end uses an externally mounted gear reducer. The hydraulic end employs packing sealing, which can be tightened to prevent plunger leakage. After modification, the hydraulic end can handle corrosive media. The power end includes a built-in oil pump for lubrication, while the hydraulic end utilizes pneumatic lubrication.

The oil service truck is a critical piece of equipment in petroleum extraction. Powered by its winch, it moves downhole tools up and down the well to bring crude oil to the surface. It is used for new well testing to gather key data, clearing wellbore obstructions and paraffin deposits, and enhancing production by reducing bottom-hole pressure to improve oil inflow. With high mobility, the vehicle can quickly relocate between wells, playing a vital role in ensuring efficient oil production.

These units feature both mechanical and hydro-mechanical power transmission systems. They can be powered by the truck's engine or equipped with a separate auxiliary power unit.

Gas-liquid booster skid
The gas-liquid booster skid uses a low-speed, single-stage, double-acting medium transfer cylinder as the pumping power for oil well production fluids. The transfer cylinder is driven by a hydraulic system to move a piston back and forth, enabling mixed boosting and transport. The equipment supports remote monitoring, intelligent automatic adjustment, and automatic fault diagnosis, allowing for unattended operation.
High-Pressure Jet Pump Unit
